Following a recent rebrand, a global asset management firm engaged us to design and deliver a high-impact client event in London. With multiple pre-planned events already in motion, our task was to create a distinct experience that activated the refreshed brand and educated key stakeholders about the firm’s capabilities and investment solutions.
Solution
The event brought together over 50 attendees, primarily wholesale distributors and prospective clients, with a secondary group of investment consultants, institutional investors and journalists. Our approach combined strategic messaging, meticulous planning and editorial precision to deliver a multi-layered experience.
We curated an afternoon programme that began with a networking lunch and a relaxed drinks reception, setting the tone for meaningful dialogue. Sessions were led by portfolio managers and focused on global equities, fixed income and Japanese markets, highlighting the firm’s expertise and offering actionable market insights. Our team was responsible for crafting all briefing materials and talking points to ensure consistency and clarity throughout.
A moderated fireside chat added narrative depth and audience engagement, complemented by guest speakers from strategic partners. Meanwhile, tailored breakouts catered to niche audiences, a technical briefing for consultants and advisers, and a press roundtable for targeted media engagement. The event also aligned with broader marketing activities to reinforce the brand message across platforms.
