Rhotic partnered with the M&A division of a global insurance broker to deliver an annual report and breadcrumb content to bring clarity to a complex and shifting market. 

Solution

Despite a decline in global deal volumes and values, our work spotlighted the resilience of the M&A insurance sector, particularly across mid-market transactions and emerging areas of risk. The report served as both a strategic overview and a practical guide, supporting clients, brokers and insurers as they navigated uncertainty.

Our engagement began with high-level intake workshops, bringing together senior stakeholders to establish direction and surface key concerns. We processed and distilled volumes of qualitative and quantitative data, crafting a clear narrative and highlighting insights that resonated with a segmented audience. 

Alongside the editorial work, we maintained close coordination with the firm’s PR team to ensure content delivery aligned with broader communications objectives.
