For us, the issue of diversity and inclusion goes beyond just being the right thing to do. It is a driver of commercial value, which is why it is right at the core of our business. We participate in several initiatives that foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace, addressing issues of inequality relating to age, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, and social background, among others. 10,000 Black Interns
The 10,000 Black Interns initiative has been designed to help transform the horizons and prospects of young black people in the UK.
As a signatory, Rhotic has committed to join hundreds of companies offering paid work experience across host of sectors, providing training and development opportunities, and creating a sustainable cycle of mentorship and sponsorship for the black community.
Reboot
Rhotic is proud to be a partner agency of the reboot initiative. Reboot is an independent organisation established to ensure momentum is maintained around race discussions in the workplace and UK society.
Through a working group of senior communications and marketing professionals, reboot works to help organisations identify best practice and recognise the issues obstructing progress on racial equality in the UK.
