While the statutory minimum parental leave requirement under UK law is better than nothing, we believe more can be done. That’s why Rhotic offers enhanced maternity and paternity pay, for which our colleagues qualify after one year of service.
Our maternity leave policy offers employees six months at full pay, with statutory maternity payments beginning in month seven for an additional 13 weeks. Our paternity leave policy offers six weeks at full pay plus the option to add the statutory minimum two weeks to the end of this period.
